香港中文大學道教文化研究中心（下稱「中心」）會確保所有透過「香港中文大學道教數位博物館」（下稱「數位博物館」）遞交的個人資料，均嚴格遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》https://www.pcpd.org.hk/tc_chi/data_privacy_law/ordinance_at_a_Glance/ordinance.html
的有關條文處理。
除非法律許可或有所規定，中心不會在未得到你的同意下透露你的個人資料予第三者。

Privacy Policy

The Centre for Studies of Daoist Culture ,the Chinese University of Hong Kong (“the Centre”) is concerned to ensure that all personal data submitted through Daoist Digital Museum of CUHK are handled in strict adherence to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinancehttps://www.pcpd.org.hk/english/data_privacy_law/ordinance_at_a_Glance/ordinance.html (PD(P)O).
Unless permitted or required by law, the Centre will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.

使用條款

• 1. 所有使用者，必須先登記為用戶，才可使用本系統。
• 2. 成功登記者可以使用本系統的瀏覽功能。
• 3. 本系統所有資料與數據均屬於香港中文大學道教文化研究中心所有。凡用戶要遵守知識產權保護條例，未經同意不得下載**與出版系統收錄的資料數據，包括文字、圖像與錄像等。
• 4. 如違反上述規定，本中心有權取消用戶的使用權。

**關於下載的收費條款，會在測試期完結後，於網頁公佈。

Term of Use

• 1. All Users should be registered before using the System.
• 2. Registered User can browse the content of the System。
• 3. Any kind of information and data of the System are owned by the Centre of Studies for Daoist Culture, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 。All Users should respect and protect the policy of Intellectual Property，no information and data, including any texts, pictures and videos, are allowed to download and re-publish without any official permission by the Centre.
• 4. If anyone fail to obey the above rules, the Centre can terminate his/her right to access the System with any notification.

**The relevant information for Download Fee will be released on the Website after the testing period of the System。
